Forgive me if this has already been discussed, I havnt been able to spot anything.
I used to play around with photoshop a lot in the past, but since a particular issue I have long switched over to alternative softwares for painting and especially drawing.
My major concern with photoshop is the ability to sketch and draw. I dont know if anyone else had this but photoshop does not respond very well to quick smooth strokes, such as sketching out strokes. Often the strokes will become edgy, or straight lined where a curve (from one degree to another) was meant to be.
What Id like to do is be able to place strokes down at any normal speed and not forced to consistently stay slow.
Is this just how photoshop runs? Any adjustments obvious? Maybe PS is just not as artist friendly as others?
This has gone on for the use of two machines, my laptop and desktop. I do majority of my work via laptop for now, so it has been a while.
