The beginning of the Dos Santos Book Cover videos is great! I love the whole thing and i learned a lot from these videos but what i am talking about is the part in the beginning where he and his art director talks us through the process of getting the job. Because i have not been working long as an illustrator and as a storyboard artist, i don't feel like i know how the process should work. In a meeting i don't know what to say yes to and what to say no to when talking about deadlines and i don't know what to say yes and no to when it comes to payment. I love the fact that he talkes about how he does it, and i would love more videos with artists talking about the job process and how the communication with the client works and so on. These are the things that are hardest to learn without already knowing. At least for me.
