Here's an update of the little town scape I'm working on now and then...It still needs some minor tweaking but I'm almost there(at least I hope) ^_^ Rendered from two different angles...

hey that town looks really greatand I love your anatomy studies they look like you got a steady hand
Here's an old model which I'm gonna bevel and layout UV's on, but also texture soon. It's a small leprechaun house. ^_^

spiralpen: I'll post an update soon on the house amongst other things, thanks for the comment and as of now I work on a project for a client. It takes up most of the time but I won't give up on posting, and that's for sure![]()
A small study I did of Spongebob Squarepants, I had a blast doing this one! ^^
Hi there
Cool sketchbook, great pencil renders, great studies and some cool looking CG models. Thanks for your kind words dude keep doing what you're doing and keep posting![]()
that study of spongebob is halarious.![]()
haha i can only agree with above poster, never know what your gonna post
Dazzamataz, wunts and spiralpen: Thanks guys, I appreciate it! LoL yeah, that spongebob study is indeed hilarious ^_^ I want to post an update but I haven't scanned in the studies and drrawings I've been making so I'll post another 3d WIP. This is a character I'm working on right now and I just wanted to share a bit of the progress, specially since I don't model characters that often. It's a leprechaun, in the middle of the process so to speak. I'm working on re-routing some of the topology to get a better edge flow around the mouth and the chin, I'm almost there. I'll therefore post screens with wireframe on the topology so that you can see the flow of the geometry.
Hi there, just wanted to post an update. I've had trouble finding enough time to post stuff lately but I want to change that. Here's that 3d model again with a little progress, but I kinda messed up when I accidently deleted history on the face mesh which used to contain a smooth node d'oh! So now it's kinda high poly...Anyhow I'm in the middle of completing the textures. Sorry for the bad lighting in the scene, just wanted to show the progress.
Here's an update, the character has been textured and rigged/skinnedAlthough there is some minor tweaking to be done.

It's been a long time since last time I visited Conceptart. I blame it on being busy and laziness to some degree hehe. I just want to post a small update, unfortunately my scanner isn't available since a friend of mine borrowed it but I'll post some 3d/digital stuff. Here's a cartoony character that I've taken from being just a simple concept to a 3d character which I'm about to rig and skin. At the moment I'm using the advanced skeleton atuorig tool which I must say is extremely powerful and makes certain things a lot easier. It does also save some time considering the skinning process. I still have some minor tweaking to take care of, I'm almost there...
Long time no post eyyh? Indeed. And therefore I shall break that trend by posting a concept of a dark and mysterious tower belonging to the baron cartoon character(which btw can be seen in my previous posts in this sketchbook).
Here's a small update, it's been way to long since last time. Anyhow here's a "living" cactus done in Maya. The cactus is a spy^_^ It's still wip but I'm almost done.
Here are some props I've just modeled in Maya. Wireframe.
Here's an update on that little leprechaun house i modeled awhile ago. Not much of an update sorry. Anyhow, here it is.
It's easy to delete a smooth node, right click on the node in the channel box deselect the mesh and hit delete. For future reference.
"Now punch that laziness in the face!" -Bobby Chiu
Hey thanks for the comment, I guess you refer to one of my earlier posts where I accidently deleted a smooth node with the rest of the history on model I was working on. I wanted to keep the smooth node but as clumsy as one can be, I deleted all history. Thanks for the comment though^^
I know I've not been active here for a long long time, I have some health issues that I've dealt with for the past 6 months or soI will probably post something new in the near future, hopefully not to far from now. Here's a small 3d building that I've modeled in Maya. It's supposed to be a small abandoned antiquity store. It's not finished but I'm off to a good start as it really resembles my initial concept sketch. This is a wireframe from the viewport.
Moai ^_^
