Curing Polymer Clay

Though not yet finished with my first sculpture, I am getting to the point where I am thinking about the curing process. Now I have done a bit of research on this topic and have come across this site :

After reading this I am curious as to the methods employed by others here.

How do you cure and why?

I baked my T1 bust at around 200 degrees for two and a half hours. I put the sculpture in the cold oven and let it heat as the oven did. I also use an oven thermometer to accurately measure the temperature. After the time is up I let the oven cool with the sculpture still inside. The reason for this is it's supposed to help minimise cracking by not heat up or cooling down too quickly.

Are you going to pain the cures clay sculpture or are you going to mould it?
