15 year old, Netherlands - beginner searching for a mentor

Hello, I'm into digitalpainting for 1 year now and I would like to get more into it. Though I'm also very bussy at school, so I don't have time to practise all the time, 1 hour a day max. But I hope somebody would like to give me some tips etc and help me to improve I'm searching for somebody who can tell me more about the basics of perspective, usage of colours and so on.

A little bit about myself,
I'm 15 years old and from the Netherlands.

As you see I really am a very very low beginner, I never had any drawing lessons at school not even thinking about anything with the digital medium.(well I did had drawing lessons at school for the first 2 years but our teacher only gave us cartoon stuff to draw and did not tell us anything about techiques or perspective)

I'm new to this community btw, so I don't know or I'm supposted to make a sketchbook first? (I've seen some comments on other threads about that)
