I cant read the notes and I'm not sure the butterflies and dragons are the op's own work, though I hope I'm wrong about that...

Fantastic stuff!!! Butterflies and dragons are so rarely picked up by artists these days.
The only thing that nags me is the white space between the left woman's legs, it should be blue as she is wearing a cape.

That looks like Vietnamese. Does this guy speak English, or did he just toss that through Google translate?

Looks like a fashion drawing, and they do have exaggerated proportions to emphasise the actual clothing design, but this is a pretty poor one even at that. The flipper feet and alien anatomy are scary.
