Hey, been working on this piece for a few days now, kind of a sci fi venice, a city riddled with crime, corruption and overpopulation, any critique would be really helpful

This is a Pretty cool idea, Your perspective is quite off though, next time start out one of these by drawing out some guide lines from a central vanishing point and draw the buildings from there.

Also you may want to bring out those orange lights a bit more,

Overpopulation? Looks pretty empty to me. Might be a good idea to add some life to the scene. Some lights and some people could be just the thing.
