Masterful works, sir. How I would love to see them in person!'
The morbid subjects are especially wonderful.
Thanks for your generous sharing of some great techniques.

The true work of art is but a shadow of the divine perfection.

Amazing work! I have a few technical question about Roma Plastelina, how do you preserve the sculptures? Or can they even be preserved? They can't be baked as far as I understand, I saw the tutorial on how to make a mold and cast it, is this the only way to preserve them?
And another question, do you know if it's possible to cast Roma Plastelina in resin and if so, how?
A lot of question for you there, sorry. I have done some Fimo sculpts and have wanted to try Roma but I'm kind of scared to try something new without knowing anything about it! There isn't a lot of info on how to work and preserve Roma plastelina out there.
Thanks in advance!
Eirik
Carcass I sculpted and painted made out of gelatin. It is the same type of gelatin
used for making jello but has a stronger tear strength - similar to gummie bears.
Roma Plastalina clay sculpture, 3-piece Ultracal 30 plaster mold, cast in gelatin
and airbrushed with acrylic adhesive paints. I hope you like the outcome!

I cannot find the words. They are there, but my brain is otherwise occupied in complete awestruck shutdown.
The output is so realistic it becomes disturbing. Cool work.![]()

Utterly replusive, yet very tasty looking.

The coloring on the peas and potato salad is extremely convincing.
Thanks for posting the tutorials, and sharing the tips, there's going to be an overall increase in quality around the world, thanks to you.
while in progress shot of a sculpture I am working on
Holy crap! This is really inspiring stuff, and such a joy to view. I have to ask, how much work do you do on the concept on paper before beginning a sculpt. I find myself wanting to just dive right in and begin scultpting, rather than sit and draw my ideas out first. Do you find it helpful to create a solid concept first or does your work flow more organically? Maybe this question doesn't even make sense because your work is so perfect, that I can't imagine you don't spend a ton of time with your concepts. Thanks for taking the time to share your work and respond to everyone.
The texture on the new piece looks great, looking forward to seeing it finished and I really like the roast chicken/person.
Thanks for all the tutorials they've been very helpful.
You are crazy awesome!
These obviously represent years of practice. I have just started out on that journey but if I get anywhere close to this quality I will be a happy man. Fantastic.
Alien baby sculpture I made.
