Look for a mentor in digital painting

I have been lurking around these forums for a while, lots of great artist all over the forums. I just recently put up a sketchbook my self and I'm looking for a mentor.

I'm looking to get more into digital painting, as my studio space is non existent so digital is really my only option for painting. Plus I love digital actually. Time is not really a problem, I'm located on the east cost in Connecticut. I'm open to any one who can help me out. My main goal, really ideally, would be to get into game design and pre-production art. I know I'm not skilled enough as is, but that is why I'm here and looking for help. I'm willing to put in the effort I need to be able to make that happen. I just need to find some one who is willing to instruct and help me on my way.

Ok and title should say "Looking" despite what my typing may show i do speak english, i just type very very bad english, and do not always catch every typo haha

Don't let someone tell you that you can't do something.

Would really love some more personal feedback as well as some more direction. With my stuff. I kind of feel like the blindfolded kid swinging at a pinata, every now and then i get a hit but mostly i miss.

What do you use to make your digital media? I am slo intrested in learning, I am taking drawing 1 at school, so I am very very basic currently since we are learning perspective but I do feel the sameway I could learn faster if it is a computer but I defently love learning the basics and also having fun in class.

So my question is what do you use photoshop? Wacom tabelet? if so which model? and hey if you can or dont find a mentor lets help each other, we can learn and share ideas till we can find a mentor

Sure Loki that sounds good to me. With working digitally you definitely need a tablet, it helps a lot. I'm using a tablet from a few years ago it's an intuos3. Program wise, I'm using Photoshop CS5 though you can do great stuff in painter as well.
