Hello All!

I am relatively new to this caper but I really should have been on these pages years ago (hence the title), still Im looking to get better and as some have said already I go by the theory of "A drawing a day keeps the loathing at bay"

Here for starters are a couple of inked drawings for a project at school recently.

In my frank opinion these suck some serious d**k but i do go on.









I am looking to learn from the many masters on here so please don't hesitate to comment.

Some life drawings both observed and from the imagination (done as part of our school work, you'll know which is which from the crapness, ha ha!)

These drawings were done back in February and I have a tonne more but all of them are on A3 or larger paper and sadly I do not have access to an A3 scanner as of yet but one is on the way!

Hello All!

Got a few more little updates from stuff I have been doing over the last few months or so.

I am a bit of a fan of the 1964 film "Zulu" starring Stanley Baker and Michael Caine (in his first starring role). I watched it on TV a while ago and feeling inspired I decided to do a few greyscales to try and practice my skill at drawing male faces and figures (i don't do enough).

Caine's portrait was done in late September and Baker's was done just last week (November)

Been busy with work and whatnot of late but I've managed to get back online.

Tried a bit of a colour study earlier this week, it may well be another failiure but never mind!
