Hi all, having a little trouble getting elluminate to work. I downloaded the play.jnlp file and when I ran it a launcher loaded and then...nothing. I've sent a ticket to elluminate but according to the automatic checky thingie they do when you go to their support site, my OPS and Java are good to go. Hope someone can help me out here, since I paid for quite a few videos recently and I'm worried they won't work.
I'm using Windows 7 64-bit and google chrome. I tried using the link via IE but it still didn't work.
