    Very Nice Work

If you're still looking for full body (female) reference material (and have $12/month) I recommend SuicideGirls.com. It's got an odd title, but it's simply a photo site dedicated to beautiful (and tattooed) modern women. They have an abundance of tasteful and interesting poses.

Barring that, I find TheChive.com and it's sister site, TheBerry.com, useful for female and male figure references respectively. Simply look for the entries dedicated to that sex. They're not nude, but they get awfully close.

Hope this helps in some way. Your work is looking very good and I am truly happy for your progress.
Take a gander (Sketchbook!!)! If you don't have one, a goose will do. <-- Lame Joke.

    Sketch Dump

For some reason I thought I haven't been drawing that much, but I've found a bunch of drawings I totally forgot about.

There's more, but it takes awhile to scan and resize.

    Wow so many comments
KT- Thank you. I really like archers, I'm surprised I haven't drawn more.
BlackDelphin- Thank you very much for the kind words! It's always nice to hear that I could motivate someone. I'm glad to hear that my females come across as exotic, after staring so much at them I can't tell sometimes. Will do!
Fallenangel -Thanks man! I'll definitely will, especially after my month long absence!
Baudolino -Thank you very much. That's great to hear, I sometimes wonder if there's actually emotion there or if it's just my own emotion being reflected back at me.
m0uS3r -Thank you, it doesn't really feel like it though.
Dogprince I'm always on the lookout for some good reference, I've heard about SuicideGirls, I'll have to check it out .At the moment I don't have the money for a monthly subscription though. Thank you very much for your recommendations and comment, it's much appreciated.
algebra -Thank you, glad to hear that!
JohanneLight -Many thanks! That's nice to hear, I must work harder on mine as well!

Some stuff I forgot to post.

I tried to do a caricature of Adriana Lima, needs a lot more exaggeration I think.

so I tried again, and the funny thing, this took me longer to do..fail

Perhaps you tried to hard. I get better results when i'm not trying, but having fun.
And to me, it looks like his features are to feminine. The only thing that does remind me, is the hairstyle.
But if it weren't for the red, that probably could have gone unnoticed.
And to caricature, i don't know, but i usually associate it with exaggeration ones features that seem most symbolic.
It looks like a pretty portrait to me.

Are all the figures and portraits from before the comments from imagination?!
then i must say, you're truly inspiring; if not, i still love your value work, more please

    Some Anantomy

I really don't know how some of you manage to update everyday! I can barely keep up with once a week..

I've started with my anatomy studies finally, been kinda ignoring it and spending too much time on portraits.

Forgot to post this one last time,

Scanning has become even more annoying because of the different settings it has on the laptop I'm currently using. I'm looking through my sketches, I'll post more if I find anything I like.
    ----------------------------------
WaSsiM- Thank you very much. I'll keep working on the figures.
BlackDelphin- I was having fun with it until they told me it wasn't anime-ish enough. Indeed, when I first started sketching I couldn't tell it was male, but he's supposed to look feminine so it works I think. Maybe I'll try it again sometime and do a lot more exaggeration.

Yes they're all from imagination, most of my drawings are. I usually mention if I used reference, which is mostly for my studies. Thank you very much!

Wonderful! Usually it is the other way around (people tell when they don't use reference) but it isn't a rule after all.

On the last male study, i think the way the torso connects with the right leg isn't right.
It just looks a bit to voluminous.
Wonderful updates still! And some have holiday, so that may be one thing. They have more free time.

    Environment Study.

Tried another enviro study, it seems like I only have beach photos (that's what happens when you live on a little island I suppose).
I spend way too much time on this.. need to do more of these to get more proficient.

I used some new brushes, working on texture and edge control.

BlackDelphin I used to do that I think, but I spend enough time updating as is.

Ah yes, that is were I improvised, his lower body was covered. Just shows I need to do a lot more studies! Thank you! I don't think that's the problem, I just like to lurk and procrastinate, but I'm working on it.

I'm having some problems doing portraits from imagination in color, so I did a couple of photo studies.

Feel kinda stalker-ish posting this, but she's one of the most beautiful people I've seen in person.
For me, she's up there with Adriana Lima. didn't really finish it though.

despites your overall works are very good, you female portraits are unique.

i guess ti's the results of delicate strokes.
In the girl in 193, i really sense beauty not like all thousands of bimbos spread over the web.
