as far as having anxiety goes.. i wish i could help, i have an assortment of issues myself. high blood pressure, horrible mood swings, on and off depression, serious bi polar (thanks dad) haha yea, the list goes on.. drawing is my therapy. it helps to seclude myself, and seriously tackle art for a while. i try to also get out, and hang with friends as much as possible. its all a balancing act, but dont ever feel like your going through something alone. theres tons of people that are experiening whatever it is you feel. but i hope you feel better

and keep drawing awesome stuff for me haha.
