Hi Zou! Nice updates Like the cartoon a lot, very clean. The only crit I have is the ball isn't round, but I don't know if that's intentional or not.

the last few building drawings are lovely, especially where you've painted in the values

Bro, you'r kicking ass! =) Would just maybe say smooth your lines between head and neck form, smooth them up just a bit, and then it would flow better imho. =) Really try to pull your eyes back into the skull, I'm trying to work on pulling two lines back into the face, or like for your own methods just keep trying to pull those balls back into their sockets.. lullies =) Here's sketch to show you maybe an idea, hope it helps =) You're doing awesome! Go go! =) Be happi! =)

Hi Zou - great face sketches, impressed that they are from memory, you've got alot of detail in them. You tend to stylize the faces a bit, I do this too without meaning it somestimes. As a result their noses seem too short and it makes the heads look a bit squashed. If it's intentional like in a caricature then you would need to exaggerate the rest of the face accordingly to compensate and make them look a bit more balanced. Hope that makes sense

Great little characters too on your last post, I love the last guy with the boots and minigun too, he seems so excited and his hat is cute

    Kungfoowiz: thanks for the feedback
Angel Intheuk: you mean the distance between eyebrows and bottom of nose is short ? ok i take notes. For the caricature compensating, you mean when i do something short i should do another thing longer ? (chin for examples)
    thanks for comment

here some pose from mind. trying to apply the new learned figure structure of faragasso

Love the expressions and figures! Just want to point out that the face elongates with the jaw opening, kind of stretches, ya know? Otherwise, great work!

    Thumbs up

    Hi,

Nice sketchbook, very inspirational stuff. I especially like that oil painting on page 10, an awesome result for a third try at oil painting.
The shading in the digital paintings on page 15 also caught my eye, very nice.

And in general I really like the dynamic poses in your pencil sketches, I think they are very convincing...

Hey Zou wassup, the face experimentation is looking really great. Your lines are confident!
maybe the perspective seems a bit off when you draw buildings from life, but nothing very important. Also love when you use watercolors to support your linedrawings! it gives a nice effect!
