Start with holding the pencil correctly, proper arm movement, and making lines.

You should just start drawing whatever you want.
After a while you know your weakest point and then you can start studying.
But now for the start, just draw what you want.
Some figures from imagination, things laying in front of you or just some cool environment?
    It's your life.
    And don't think too much.
    Just start.

    First, stop saying "stuffs".
Second, "Drawing Essentials" by Deborah Rockman is a good place to start. Pretty much covers everything you need to know.
    What would Caravaggio do?

    You start, by starting.

If you don't start, you are doing it wrong.

what ever you start drawing anything on the paper is artwork.

best suggest do some practicing on how to draw three shapes
    '' circle , rectangle, triangle'' also lines '' e.g. simple lines, zig-zag
curve''. truce me all these my first things i start with '' and the main
idea by doing practice to how make your hand draw with your brain
    commands .

for example if you want to draw tree the basic tree start with two strait lines
and semi-circle like zig-zag on the top , son like circle .

start with these ideas and then after less than month i expect from you
to draw and share those ideas with us.

good luck and i hope that hepping you to get a good knowledge about art.

Startup a sketchbook and post your stuff in there. It's a great way to get feedback on areas you could work on. Otherwise just draw your Yu-gi-oh's or pokemans or whatever you are interested in.

Yeah, good enough. Now is a good time to stop copying anime and getting on to some construction drawing.

I think the main frustration isn't where to start - everyone with an interest in art has already started in some way - it's, for me, when to move on. It's all well and good to tell someone what to do to begin with but after they've drawn a thousand triangles and lines using the whole arm it's hard to see how that relates to the eventual goal of being good.

Best advice, IMO, is what Silwynar and qlotzan said.

Construction drawing is when you build your figure/object out of basic shapes first before moving onto the details. Helps give your subjects more solidity and can help when you are trying to tackle tricky things like perspective.

    here is an example

This is a place where swarthy and belligerent dwarves drink turpentine mead, berate their apprentices and slap the trade into their skulls.
