might be really silly to post this on ca but here it goes.
I'm 27, male, regular looking. interests obvious.
Live in Norrköping, Sweden.
Want a more relaxed relation with a girl. a slight degree of asperger compounded by computer life but rather socially apt anyway.
like the obvious but also musik och composition.
appreciate other peoples interests as long as it's not too much sport or horses etc.

programming, music, arts etc.

prefferably a busy girlfriend with own artistic ambitions and occupation albeit unemployed amateur (like me) or supporting freelancer is all well.

Go to places where you might meet people with similar interests (irl I mean), you'll have more success there.

Honesty is nice, but adding that little detail in there makes it seem a bit more desperate than it needs to. If he's trying to get someone interested I think saving the revelations until after a connection is made would be best.

A really good friend of mine from years ago was an average-looking, average-earning nice enough but kind of surly guy who had AMAZING success with women. Well, not long term relationships maybe, but he dated a huge number of women, including quite a few professional models (he was a photographer, which helped). I know it wasn't just him bragging because I knew some of the women and heard it from them.

When I asked him about it, he shrugged and said, "I ask them out." I got the impression really beautiful women rarely got approached except by Leisure-suit Larry types. Not that he only dated beautiful women.

In fact, I'm the only woman I know he never hit on. That was a little...huh.

You know, I reacted the same way everyone else did here... then actually remembered I met my girlfriend thanks to CA.org, and we've been happily together for 3 years now.

I find that the best way to get a girl is to go over and start drawing on their body. Hand, forearm, wherever. Once the initial shock wears off, and you finish drawing, they usually sound pleasantly surprised at how good the drawing is. Then you reply,

"And that's only on your arm. Imagine what I could do on the rest of your body."
