    Stuck in my mind

    Hi everyone!
I study computer science, I'm used to rational and logical thinking, but one day I realized my love from drawing, to create characters, places, objects all from my mind. So i started to draw some things, got some manga magazines and other "easy to learn" stuff around.

So here I'm after a good time not much good at drawing, I read, watched a lot of techniques, saw all kinds of works here and on deviantart but no practice, yes I know practice is crucial.

Now I feel all my ideas stuck in my head, because I can't draw the way I want, like not even close.

Today I started my practice, I don't really know what to do as exercise but these are some works:
(my english is not all good, so maybe you can help me with that too xD)

Heya and welcome,I have the same issues about not being able to transform ideas into artwork, but no worries it will get to you sooner or later.

Best exercises are drawing anything from life (your chair, hands, fruit, houses, dogs, autoportrait etc) and also do Loomis book u can find a lot of them on the internet/forum. Keep it up

It takes time to get your drawings too look exactly like your ideas. Just never give up. I would also advice to look at other drawings of your favorite artist. Dont copy them but just see what they did. It helps alot. I hope for best of luck to you

Ven S thanks for the support! I'll try to do something based on some of my favorite artists.

Today I couldn't sleep, so I opened photoshop to draw. Its a WIP but it is really nice to see some things getting shape, objects turning into something that pleases me.

    I'll finish this:
