He peeps, after 16 hours of driving i'm back home, i've slept almost entire day, but hey! it's christmas holiday, yaaaay!

So, as it's winter-ish everywhere i've decided to do something polar....bear!
The design is a big joke, i mean really, turkish hat, a club? Anyhoot had, great fun with that piece.

    Pencil on paper, A4.

Hope you're feeling better....I remember I used to get sick almost every

it's a constant struggle, I have been what you've been through just few weeks ago and stopped drawing for a month and a half when I got back I got better so sometimes it is not the amount of drawing that gets you forward but also other things such as reading and just letting your mind to rest.

Yes Danny_K is right Sometimes u can improve while not drawing.. its just using your mind in seeing how things are and work and remembering it. And then applying it to your drawings, even when u dont notice it.

So keep drawing aye! put all that learned shizz down on the paper

    Nice lines.

You got a good sense of the gesture and silhouette in such little time.
Normally, working that fast can hurt you, but these look good.

This is a fantastic sketchbook, the progression throughout is great. Your work is very inspiring. Do you use custom brushes?

It'd be great if you could find time to check out my sketchbook and give me any pointers.

Danny_K Yeah i guess we can't do much about it can we?

RBeek Heh yeah, Danny's right about alot things i shoul've listen to him more ^^' Thanks for visit.

BludHund Well thank you, i find them below the level i consider as decent, but i guess i'll just keep doing those until i'll be satisfied.
    You're doing great job, you!

CUKIERass Dzieki cukiereczku \, ciezka praca i kilka lat praktyki a dojde tam gdzie zmierzam, kazdy moze wystarczy wlozyc w to sporo serca i wysilku.

Riox Thanks man, i'll surely check it out.

Meanwhile, a concept done for school assignment. Well maybe not really, but i'm learning digital sculpting now, and i'd like to sculpt it out in the future.

EDIT: I've uploaded 4 story keys for a commercial which was our class assignment. I know that Washington and Einstein do not look like them, but there were their portraits displayed later, so there was no point of trying to match 'em exacly.

Thats a sign, working at blizzard fate is mine ( yoda crap )

Ok ok, heres my second sculpt ever, done with no refference just to test my anatomy knowledge. I've sculpted this in sculptris. It's a free program and it's very easy to learn.
( And oh yeah, it was done with a MOUSE! silly i know... )

I've chosen to do concept art/ sculpting demo rell, so i'll have to learn it asap and do some kickass sculptures! And ofc some 2d stuff coming up soon, i havent done much tho since i had like a 2 week break from drawing. Too much work, animation, rigging, rotoscoping T.T ....

your last sculpture is good except the eyes are too far away from each other. I'm not sure but his face seems to be a tight too long I think you can get the mouth slightly bigger and get it closer to the nose, try out.

Ok folks so here I am.
First of all, sorry for not updating so frequently but i'm ovverrun with work lately.
The second semester is slowly coming to an end and the third one's reserved for group project doing short film animations.
As far as i know there will be one artist assigned for each group so i will be definitely the one responsible for the 2D visuals in preproduction. What am i telling ya that, well that means alot of concepting, story keyyes drawing, storyboarding and such, greta time to learn alot. Sooo expect a massive update in the upcoming weeks, as i'm surely gonna get busy with doing this stuff, oh boy!

Now i havent painted anything in a while (over 2 weeks ), yeah shame on me...
However! Ah! Ha! this time i actualy have some 2D stuff to show, not much but still, just played around with this one, started from sketch, color wash with big flas shapes, shadow side, and the fun of throwing custom brushes and exploring many routes that opened in front of me, i haven't done that kind of a paining in a looooong time, i almost forgot how much of a fun that is.
