Great gesture studies. I'm working on gesture myself with the help of Villpu's drawing manual. Keep up the conscious, focused effort and you'll see improvement.

Good to see you still working hard. Use a ruler for your perspective lines next time, it makes a big difference.

    Hey guys,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas break.

Here are some life drawing and some vilppu shapes. I will have more to post tomorrow.

    Constructive Criticism is welcome!

    Looking good. Gogogogogo!

For perspective, I suggest going through all the exercises in perspective 101. It may take a while to wrap your head around, but it'll help massively.

I am seconding eekolite's link. Seedling did a great job of explaining perspective. For the hoodie (at least I think it is one) I would make sure that the shape of the jacket is clearly defined first and fill in the background in a way such that it helps to bring the jacket forward.

do note that I tend to think in terms of lines instead of masses or 3D shapes when I draw...

    keep it up!

    Cool Vilppu shapes!
I'd suggest increasing the contrast in your rendering. Your jacket drawing looks a little flat. I think you captured the organic shapes of the jacket well.
