thumbnail in the "ENTERTAINMENT DESIGN & CONCEPT ART" section?

ive read that the thumbnail to the post automatically gets shown from the 1st image u attach but ive made my first post in the "ENTERTAINMENT DESIGN & CONCEPT ART" and no thumbnail is showing up...

has that feature been disabled for this section? ( i dont see any other posts having thumbnails either)

also .... ive seen posts that have made specific thumbnail (not being the 1st image poste rather a pic that has been made specifically to be just the thumbnail) how is this done?
