    Thanks Demon,
I am working on more. Here is the next one I just did. Not sure how I feel about it.
I think once I have done a few more, I should look less traumatized! Lol.

Figured I would stick in a couple of old sketches. Not sure why except that I needed to put something other than myself in here.
By the way, how do I change which thumbnail shows on the sketchbook thread. I don't want my first image there!

It is much more fun drawing other people! Here is the first of, probably many nude studies done from photo ref since there aren't any sexy naked women at hand. (bummer)

Found out about the site, "posemaniacs" and though I am way too slow for the 30 second poses I chose the random poses without time limit and did some silhouettes. More to come soon with progressively more detail.

Nice work on those poses, don't see many people doin silhouettes, nice resource though. Your nude study looks good as well, some of the portraits could use a little work, but pretty cool otherwise. Keep on posting.

The one with the mechanical arm is my favorite and stands out in terms of originality, nice job.

Izer: Thanks. Yeah, self portraits are a weak point but that's why I have a sketchbook, so I can improve right? The silhouettes are fun too!

Demon: Thanks! I enjoy stuff like that a lot but I need to work on my figure drawing which sucks pretty bad.
There will be environment speedpaints and all sorts coming in here at some point!

Dr.Blindsy: Thanks! It is a great site, I can see me learning a lot from it!

DkS: Thanks. They look okay to me so maybe it is your monitor? I could be wrong though.

Here is my next attempt. More finished than sketch really but I wanted to show it anyway. Thanks a lot to wanimal for letting me use one of his photos as ref for this.

A few of your things look stretched to me too, but it could just be how you painted them?
Anyway your asian lady is nice. Perhaps some nice pencil sketches?
Keep adding to your sketchbook regularly x

RedSquirrel: Hmm, I wonder why they look stretched to you too. They look fine to me. Since I don't have a scanner available, I tend to do all my sketching digitally these days. I will try to get some in some time though!

James: Hi James. You beat me too it mate, here is my latest enviro. Can't help feeling I should only put sketches in here but what the hell, here is another finished one. As you can see, it has been done for the latest EOW here on CA.

Okay, I tried making a character out of one of my posemaniac silhouettes. Not great but it is a start! :-)

I told myself I would try to put every sketch I do in here so, here is my latest. I wanted to make up a face without reference and see what I got. I know there is way more bad than good in this pic but I will improve!

Another done today. I am trying to keep 'em quick for now. I will get bogged down with detail later on I think.

    Hi, Scott!

I saw your pictures and web, they´re quite good.
I saw something you could improve, that is, several of your images look like the elements aren´t quite sharing the same space, like they don´t share the same atmospheric lighting. I suppose this could be due to separate layer work, but I noticed some very sharp contours, and different colour schemes in the same picture. Resuming, I think your work is very strong in the drawing area, but you could improve the coloring.

Now, this is intended as constructive criticism, and I ask you to take a look at my work and please tell me where I could improve it.

    Cheers!: Felipe Fernández

Thanks for the feedback. I had a look at yours. Nice style. I don't have any crits on it.

Here are the wips and final image for my latest Chow challenge.
