Hello people, i have been absent from my sketchbook and weekly challenges as i have had to spend the last two months working around the clock, and searching for new jobs to earn the cash to fund for travelling.
Basically i'm reaching out to any artists who have either travelled around the world whilst attaempting to develop there art at the same time, or know any advice they can offer from what they know.
I will be 22 this July, and will begin my travels in Vietnam where i will meet a few mates, from there i will be travelling across the south east asian countrys. I won't be able to take my laptop, so nothing digital will be done, but how can i best utilise my experiences and bring them into developing my art on the go?
Obviously keeping sketchbooks with me, but shall i set out to draw everything such as people, buildings, temples, plantation, animals if i can? or shall i focus on one area and keep things specific?
shall i keep a sketchbook like journal with ideas and notations for future reference?
I don't want my travelling to stop my artistic development so please, anyone with words of wisdom that they can kindly pass onto me, i am determined to use this opportunity to travel the best i can for my future career!
