Your war sketches rock as much as your screen names! I like the rendering produces a very sharp and crisp image here.

Wow! Good job, man! I love the updates! The one with Audie Murphy is brilliant, and I love the portrait. It conveys a good sense of realism.

hey there jesus food! wow, some heavy subject matter here. especially the WW2 ones. think you do well with the realistic style on it though; like the middle one in post 37. the pencils are really nice too, especially the roundish like 1st in post 12. carefull to keep you lines flowing; sometimes they do get a little stiff (poses too ye); I'd say keep it up; very interesting work here!
Warning, I draw babiez
i saw this really cool russian war movie from the 50's called Ballad of a soldier, great film

I enjoy your WW2 pieces, keep it up!
yea im actually a concept artist for insurgency, alot of the earlier pics that are modern were insurgency related but only recently i started drawing from the game. thx for the compliments, ill post some more ww2 stuff later today
nice sketchbook,
i show a good feeling for the atmosphere, i drew a lot of this war sketches when i was younger, so i know it´s not easy to give a good atmosphere.
the last sketches are great, too.
my favourite one is #42 you can see movement, atmosphere and it gives the feeling likes she´s shoting while you´re standing right behind her.
so, great, keep it up
cheers
Some really nice stuff here. Your drawings of war feel alive and have good atmosphere. I noticed that in some of them the proportions are a bit off though.
ya i agree sometimes i draw stuff a little stiff, i dont always start with a gesture which sometimes bites me in the ass, if u could be more specific tho id appreciate it
Ok, will try to be a bit more specific.
Some things that I noticed where the German sniper in post 17 has a huge head, also his right hand looks small compared to the body. In post 41 the soldier going HUH looks like he has a large head too. His fingers looks a bit sausagelike. Generally I think you could improve on how you draw hands. They are certainly not bad but could be more expressive.
Do you draw with pencils or with charcoal?
Love the stuff, the fact that you do it in pencil adds so much to the pieces. WWII is a great theme, I'll definitely be popping in to see your progress!
