update: pushed it in another direction. I liked the former figure and drawing, but the pose limited the outfit and I reached a deadend. Kept the face, tough. The shawl/cape is going to be silk, almost lace like. I want to get it so that it has a dark sheen to it, where you can almost see underneath it. Pale, pale face, but not make-up white skin. Black dots lined up on face. Black lipstick. Not sure on the background just yet. Kind of wanted to make her look royal and beautiful. Not necessarily going for looking hard-care evil but more like, so beautiful you'd never expect it.
