Things are kinda choppy lately; I don't even remember when some of these are from. Just the routine drawing outtings, either a tuesday or a thursday. Thought these were presentable. Looking back at them now I think those croquis turned out pretty nice, didn't seem so at the time.
Last one was done for SP day, Nov 1st; it felt pretty good to do extended drawing.

some scans, the brush pens are the most recent. Broke down and ordered one of those pentel jobbies after drooling all over Brat77's sketchbook. These are in rough chronological order

BtW, is your title supposed to be "Hito's Libro Negro?" As in Black-book? Nero was a Roman emperor!! =P

oh, I had your sketchbook bookmarked, the title of the bookmark was "awesomeish-book" so I clicked it and I couldn't think of what book it was, ha ha, it turned out to be a good one

Now i need to change the title from Awesomeish book to Hito's Black book then, to remember it next time

I wish I could give you some crits, but your obviously aware of the mistakes your doing, and you seem to make up for them in the next post , always, thats a really good thing ! Nice observation!

Hey gil, thanks for lookin. I see some new stuff with your site. Getting into Zbrush eh? How's that to your liking?

This is what I've been wasting my time on. no sketches I'm afraid for another week at lteast. Deadline is 26th; only a few days time.

just thought i'd pop over here (didn't know you had a sketchbook!) and follow up how nicely i think you finished out that DW2 entry. some bold and unusual color choices particularly, and you detailed out the mesh pretty nicely.

that and i'm quite happy to check out the rest of your work, it's always good to be able to put any given artist's work into a greater context. just looking at a post of theirs in a 3d forum really doesn't tell the whole story, does it?

bryan - Uh... no idea. Its spread out over 6 weeks, maybe 15 to 20 hours a week on average, plus maybe 40 or 50 hours on the last weekend Sat/Sun/Mon before the deadline? fuck I don't remember. I'm just grateful I finished something
Gauss-Thanks gauss. And thanks again for the indepth crit at the beginning. couldn't have done it without your thoughts. Its definitely pushing my envelope.

Just some semi-recent life drawings; pictures taken by guy from the group. I don't know if it means I'll be posting more here. I'll try to at least. all are 20 min, and riddled with mistakes.

those are some funny mobsters, especially the 3rd one. (top right)!great sense of character in all of them. the sculpt is gonna be great! keep us posted on the progress.
