im improving... i think.. help!

well i think im improving a little bit. i still need more work though thats for sure. heres some newer stuff compared to the old. and all my pix are uploadin crazy small. any advice on that?

Definitely improving, but to know for sure, try using the same medium you used with your first pic, sometimes we're better with certain tools than others, of course.
For the graphite, use a softer(darker) pencil so that you can better establish your darks, at this point thay are rather week, you've got light ,medium and medium dark, but no strong darks. They will make the picture pop if places correctly(usually where you want the focus to be). And in general, for tones, keep squinting to make sure that the tonal gradation is well unified.
