the guy carrying some invisible load, the weird thing with no head and the girl in the rain were all done with pencil, then coloured i ps (with a mouse)...the rest are 100% ps/wacom.

I like the scary thing with all the teeth. it makes me think of those late night impressionable moments when you open the closet and are faced with this gaping monstrosity -A jump, a scream, and a minor heart attack, then it turns out to be just a fringed jacket or something, but for just that one instant...

thank you very much i drew it yesterday, after i dunno, 15 hrs of working on a comic (i'm in deadline hell)....i felt like shit and drew that thing in like 10 mins! then i fell asleep....so, it's a demon allright

mh, i feel pretty bad about this one....i posted a version for critique, and got some really good help. unfortunately, due to this being a pro bono project and my battle with time, i had to "settle" for this version. it could've been great...no, it's "ok" with crappy types.

ah well.

try to vary your compositions a bit, a lot are symmetrical or central. give asymmetry a shot.

hylandr2 - well, i just recently bought a wacom, so i'm trying to get a feel for it. the poster with the oil rig was my first fully digital piece ever, and to date the only fully digital "published" piece. for my comics, i still sketch and do all of the line-work the old fashion way. thank you for commenting

Cup of Joe - ty, i'm hoping to post more asap...there are some issues re the storyline that have to be settled, so graphically speaking, i'm currently just sketching and working on the layout
