Very nice!
I like the overall mood, except tat I would say give the lightning a little more detail. The bat on his chest looks a TIDbit awkward, but nothing much.
Correct me if I am wrong(because I sucka t this kind of observation) but, shouldn't some of the lightning change due to the lightning bolt? Just asking.
Everything else looks nice to me.

Meh.
The costume looks splotchy...REAL splotchy.
Too high of highlight value, and too inconsistent of light source highlighting.
The "lightning" looks like giant, smeary ropes.
The photoshop-clouds sky doesn't help.
