I'm glad you posted this, i had forgotten about him. There's a thread already here, but i don't think that matters.

Anyway, i love the gesture lines he uses. I bet Derek Hess does, too.

Yes,

I think Hess was inspired by Kley's work and mentioned it once in the papers. His studio is about 25 minutes from where I live but on the other side of the city.
He's supposed to be at some event later on this week somewhere here.

Heinrich Kley..I love it...I hope to find a book on his stuff..I need more of Heinrich!!
