These works really, really need more attention to form, structure and perspective. Invest effort in studies.

Have you got specific questions?
You are halfway "there", so to speak. Your technique got ahead of your basics of drawing, and it really shows. So you need to pay much more attention to the solidity of form and perspective. At the very least you should learn to build perspective, and make sure that you always think of it as you sketch. If you let yourself forget about perspective, this uneven development of skill will haunt you for a long, long time.

I like your cartoon pieces because the stylisation hides the flaws I noticed in the first girl and the portrait of the guy. In those, there seems to be something missing which my inexpert eye cant pinpoint other than a lack of good lighting, depth and colour. There also seems to be issues with the placement of limbs on the girl and facial features on the guy.
Sorry I couldnt be more specific. I do like your work but think, like Arenhaus said, you could probably benefit from studying more alongside producing pieces you enjoy. I.E. Anatomy, light and colour, etc.
Hope that helps and good luck!
