Vancouver Island University vs OCAD vs York

I'm not sure if this is the write place or not.. I couldn't find a better place for it.

I've been accepted in Vancouver Island University for Bachelor of Art and in OCAD University for Graphic Design ( I want to study graphic design in general).. and Vancouver Island University told me that after studying one semester I can apply for graphic design again and show them a new portfolio (they didn't think my first portfolio was strong enough).. mean while I'm waiting for York to answer me to see if I've been accepted or not..
I don't know which of these 3 universities is the best (in case York accepted me too), I've seen many forums about York and OCAD but no one ever talk about the graphic design Vancouver Island University offers.. is it because it's not that good?
I want to know which of these 3 universities is the best.

Does one have a better reputation in the graphic design field than the other?
Which has a higher employment success rate?
What about particular experiences from either schools? Does anyone have any?

Please just don't answer me "go to ocad cause york sucks" or something like that.. if you think one sucks what is your reason for saying that?
