Orc Cook- Help with Anatomy?!

Hey there, I'm trying to do the Wizards of The Coast Art Test.
(found here: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Feature.a...ure/dndarttest for anyone who hasn't seen it yet)

So here is me playing around with Designs:


And here is the Final pose I'm going for.

There is still some stuff I need to add, such as Bone Tools, and I'm thinking of leather straps around her hands as make-shift gloves.
I'm not sure about the hair net, but I kind of wanted to add Humour into the piece...

Please Just ripp into it, and crit it as best as you can.

Yeah there are various threads for the artorder challenges in here already.
Anyway, I guess you will hear the normal "work from life, get reference of human bodies" stuff, so I thought I'd just post this instead: (I had to think of it instantly)

Watch from 3:25. You might get some ideas? Judging by your sketch you are going for some exaggerated pose, and I thought the fat cook with his massive plates could be suitable..
