nice start, the first one expecially impressed me. Seems like you already have some knowledge about drawing. :]
Thanks for taking the time to look at my junk *chuckles* I'll post more later today if I get the time.

Welcome to CA~
The 1st one is so amazing~I loved it.
Looking forward to see more.![]()
Interresting style on these first two pics!! How did you create that pattern? Did you overlay a texture layer? Or did you actually paint them? Or did you use a mask?
Anyways, welcome to CAI'm new here too and I feel like everyone must be professional around me
Just keep going!

That's a good question, I use a program called Alchemy for quick "abstract" sketches and making brushes. Also, on the second image I did do a few overlays with pictures of the mutilated deceased and slaughtered pigs, painted over them for some extra organic texture. Feng Zhu kinda rubbed off on me I guess. Thanks.
And I know how you feel... Some of these guys I can never hope to even fathom competing with on a professional level, heh, been around here since I was 15 and I still feel abit intimidated and ashamed to post some of my stuff. But then again... most of the people that I see who only post things that they personally feel proud of tend get nowhere, and usually you'll see that the most progress is made by those who post humble sketches and studies.

Hey there,
Good poses!! I still like your mix of texture and valueBut it will become a problem if you want to create clear shapes
Keep updating
PS: Sorry I totally didn't notice your update, sometimes ca seems to not want to show me others updates![]()
Yeah... I've been slacking off lately, playin' games and whatnot. M.U.G.E.N has REALLY got me hooked.
But I can see how defining those poses would quickly become a problem. I'll probably just end up painting over them with a hard brush then go from there. I really need to update this thing more frequently! xD

It's nice to see someone else being as insane as me around here... Dig your anarchic psychedelic style, don't let it die and shine on you crazy walrus!
I think you need to do some studies so you can take your reptilian alchemists to the motherducking level, whadda whadda uh

cool!the effects of the sword look brilliant and very sharp
your style really is different from most artists here, I like it!!![]()
Wow very nice~I like the flames and their reflection on the belt.
Really interesting mood too.
I think it just needs a bit of contrast, but anyway it's gorgeous.![]()
@GaussianRaider - Ha! I like the way you think broseph!
@Prototypt - Thanks bud -.^
@Morningtea - I kind of noticed that aswell, seems a little lacking in depth now that you mention it. Thanks for the critique!

Wow nice one!!
Go as crazy as you can~it works! haha.![]()
Another sleepless night, another pointless post.
I haven't shown any line work recently so here is a dragon... It is totally inspired by Bluefooted's dragon except nowhere near as intricate or elegant and waaaay lazier. She is awesome and I advise anyone reading this to sacrifice cute, furry animals to an effigy of her likeness. http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=46462

Well, still cant sleep... It's been awhile. Thought that I might update the old sketcherooni seeing as I have a lot more free time these days. Car broke down about a week ago and I have been separated from most human interaction so I am going to try to make a habit of updating this sketchbook everyday.
This here is a quick sketch of the hatman... I REALLY hate this fucker.

nice linework in that dragon one!
Push the silhouettes on these fuckers, make them rock n roll!
interesting stuff. looks like you are really trying to figure things out for yourself. keep at it.
Wow, that dragon..
Keep updating!![]()
Here's something I'm working on for the teen challenge, needs a lot of refining and some environment. Gonna try gettin' me some badges!(try being the operative word here)
@Aryeh Yeah : / Feedback is kind of scarce... I should start posting in the critique section, it'd be fun watching my stuff getting torn apart xD
@GaussianRaider Haha, hell yeah!
@Morningtea Tanks ya! -.^
