    Dogs of War

    Hello boys and girls!

Here´s some concepts for a video game that unfortunately never saw the light of day. Hope you like ´em...

    "german" officer

    "brittish" officer

    "german" grunt

    Cheers

I think these are pretty cool. Nice concept anyways. They walk thinly in the land of cheese if you know what i mean, but cool none the less. ie. dog's playing poker. It'd be cool if you did a collage of them one dog per country
    You can call me sir..

Really cool! I like the nice design of the german officer. It will cool to see other versions/breeds too.

Saturation overload happens easily when someone stands over your shoulder going "More color! The kids like color!" all the time. Right Joe?

I think that they are really cool concepts with a lot of character and a lot of political commentary. I dont think that they are video game material, I dont think they are the right subject matter. I think they would prove a lot lively if you left the concepts in pencil or pen and then when someone says: "hey you could make this one drooling or barking", or "I wanna see dogs replacing the countries in a UN meeting." If you dont spend a lot of time doing the coloring, you would find it easier to do more things with it. I hope I was a help, and if I was at all too brutal tell me. Tell me what you think of my comments.

    P.s. The pitbull is great.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Perhaps i pushed the contrast a bit to far, but it does make them stand out more. I guess it´s a matter of taste...

The images as stated before were concepts for a game and are not intended as a political commentary. They´re just dogs.
    With guns.

May I ask what happened to the game? These concepts are great. Almost want to take some time out of my busy shedule to model one for fun.

Well, painiac, the company went belly up.
So it goes, as the great Kurt Vonnegut wrote...
