Hey folks!

Here is the first of superheroes series of covers I`m painting to get some coverart job... Don`t know, just giving a shot

EDIT: Well... ahm... I think it`s better to turn this thread into all my finished artworks. o/

I like the texture and under-lighting in the face, and I like how the background is blurred and out of focus. Right forearm looks a bit short. If it is shortened because it is extending forward, the depth isn't convincing enough, and the hand is too small. Neck looks a little too extended for such musculature too, usually figures that muscle bound have less of a neck.

id love to see more outlines from the light behind..itd make it more dynamic...adding more blurring on his body would unify him with the rest of the atmosphere which I suppose is subject to fast movement...

the arm does look a little small...but not that much...i think its wonderful, i like your painting style and the depth of the facial features...

Awesome lighting, especially from the ring. Only things I'd change would be working on the foreshortening of the right arm a bit--it does look a little flat. Also, this may just be me being nit-picky, but the area around his mouth looks a bit bloated, like he's got something in his cheeks. Maybe pull in the lines around his mouth a bit? Give the cheeks and chin a little more space, perhaps. Again, this is probably just me.

It might sound odd, but it's too, well, green.

I'd like to see it with a different colored background that compliments the green. As for the art itself, very fab-o!

Very cool. I like how the light reflects on his chin.
Maybe the chest and shoulders are a little to big and the hands are too small.
But it's a great illustration anyways.

I like the shadow dragon warrior, although the passage that goes with him is in quite disjointed English, I don't know if that would really have any effect on the contest?

The guy with the wings coming out of his calves is my favorite

Wow Amazing Work. My Favourite is the guy with the black head and the wings on his beet. Its the minor details and differences that make the character incredibly intriguing. Love to hear the story behind him
