    For victory

    This is a piece I have painted for an unannounced game project. Its a battle between romans and celts. It took several hours to find reference images about armor, weapons, shields...
    I wanted it to look as dramatic as possible without going into gory stuff.

    Nice work, like the colour balance and lighting. I'm hoping it's another Total War game... though I don't think it is.

    really good work!! just one hint, the vikings I presume are fighting the roman soldiers have never used horns on their helmets, it looks good but no war gears had horns, sure they had decorative clothing for ritual things and what not that horns but the war gear never.

    @ arnareli: These are Celts - experts in metalurgy and did indeed fight in horned helmets, often bronze (made them appear taller on the battlefield). Check out what Diodorus Siculus had to say about them from a Roman point of view. Terrifying enemy!!

    Yeah, anyway the game isnt going to be 100% historically accurate, it will have cool looking gear from both sides.
    As soon as the game trailer is ready I will post the link.
