I'm a game designer and developer, but I really want to learn how to draw. I've took some classes while I was in college, but never had enough time to practice. Now is the time.
I draw mostly women and game ideas.

Well first off, I'm glad you've started a sketchbook, you get enough critique to shape you up to want you want to be. See if you can get your hand on some anatomy books their a perfect place to start.
There quite a few here of them and other references of subjects (Composition, perspective, etc) here in ebook form. It'll be enough to keep you busy for a while.

Thanks! I'm really looking to work on my construction forms.
A lot of people here may frown upon the use of graph paper, but you have a lot of potential to kick ass. As Exon-Ion said, you should study anatomy, perspective, design, composition, etc.
