I like 3 and 4 the best. I also like the idea of the torso-armor merging with the collar in thumb 2 but the character is just too flat there. Promising thumbnails, keep it up!

his lower lefthand face is umm lacking a bit, so each time you cover it the whole design looks better. #2 #5
