its decent....i drew an apple ....lol....anything thats simular to painter thats not difficult. or maby im just lazy/scared

I had Art Rage on my mac for a bit, you need to pay for the full version. It seems like a decent enough program though. I use two programs called Seashore and Pixen. I have a mac so naturally my choices for programs are limited. I hear that GIMP is really good if you can get it to run properly on your system.

Heard of GIMP. Don't know if it has a InstallShield on it. Read somewhere you had to install it manually.
