You posted this in the FF so I'm keeping it brief. Post in the Critique Center to get more in depth feedback.
My comment is the lineart isn't giving anything to the movement of her body It's stiff.
The background and the reflection are not helping us relate to her. It's just a colorful picture right now. The colors are great, although.

I really am digging the colors, and i'm always a fan of Street Fighter. If I had 1 crit it would be that I think a consistant light source would bring a lot more depth to the image, just me though. Otherwise, nice style.
