I'm wondering if the other two circles are eyes... They have no pupil. (unless that's intended)

I also can't tell what he's holding, is it a slug? It looks like he's going to eat it, but he's looking up at something. What is he looking at?

It's kind of weird, but it's good.

the pointer finger/index finger, what ever you call it, doesnt look quite right, unless thats how you wanted it to be. i know hes skinny, prolly from starvation or something, but there is something about that finger that doesnt look right.

Yeah his finger is intended to look like that. I tend to exagerate the things I want the viewer to notice some times.
