Love the emotion and humor you've been able to pull of so far.

You might want to work on them enviros a bit though, maybe grab some ref images and get a routine-technique for yourself, and then build on that.

Looking good, I'll be visiting this thread again for sure!

ok, so if im gonna have a caveman than there will have to be someone for him to hunt/be hunted by. so what better than a scrawny little dino always after a chubby caveman meal.

hope you enjoy, still kicking around ideas for the dino for a while, so feel free to toss in ideas

The G-myster, what up? yeah, no use in calling me when you make it to San Diego, yep. I am now living In Utah. Got me a Job and EA salt lake. but feel free to call if you end up in Utah for some bizarre reason.
I am loving the art, yo! its been a while and quite a lot of updates since i have visited this SB. are you using Painter? looks an awful lot like painter. and one more question do you post your 3d pieces somewhere?
    keep poppin em out.

Really likeing your last three pieces, great amount of character in them.

Indeed you have some nice rendering skills, very nce, subtle values.

I think you just need to work a tad on texture, making rock look hard, wet areas look like wet etceteraetcetera.

But you definately have the ability to make forms look good, almost very 3D.

    Keep it up!

peetaer- thank man, thanks for the kind words
lakka- i usually think of my stuff as a concept for a model, so thanks for the 3d comment. and with that i usually do more of the texture difference in the model, but it is something that i would really like to start putting time into, i just always end up putting it off till the end, then i end up moving on, hehe

here is a little doodle i have going for the super stylized challenge this month

here is a little update on the pillbot, i liked him so i continued on. im going to go in on the arms and legs and make them a bit more cartoony and flowy. maybe do a shot from the back, or model it out, then paint over on the back to figure it out. also going to bring in some influences from the krieger series to get some fun shapes introduced in the body
