    environment for animation

this is an environment for an animated feature that i'm trying to establish a style/"essence" (to be cliche) of

is the stylized look of it successful?

    does it strike any moods?

the character needs a little work but i'd like him to stay near-silhouette

thanks in adv. for any feedback

Its definitely a very cool image. It definitely makes me think 'Japanese woods', 'Bamboo' and that kind of thing. It has a very fast past kind of mystical action to it. Kind of as if something or someone is being hunted in the woods. And the mobile yet slower looking action of the figure makes me wonder if he / she / it / what have you , is the being in charge. . . There is definitely a mischievous attribute about him especially in comparison to the layout of the rest of the image. Nice work, I bet that animation will be pretty sweet

it looks good, hopefully you have this in layers since it'll be for an animation as you've already stated--I do have to ask if you realize how big his hat is might effect well the area he's in. It's probably not a big deal but i can just imagine his hat getting stuck between trees =P

Either way it seems neato! And the mood seems foreboding or mysterious at least
