Yeah I agree you are quiet beastly.

And you make me want to draw zombies, which is always nice, because there's nothing better than zombies.

Ah, Miles... You know me, I'm a fan... So there's no real need to further praise. I just have one teenzy-weenzy criticism that I hope you're not offended by (because I think I might be if someone said this to me...). I think that you need to create more variation in the faces of your characters. In your studies you constantly study different face types and you pull off the different "styles" with ease. In your imaginative work, however, your faces either male or female) almost always look the same. They are very "pretty" and such. Next time you create a character, try to spend some time creating a concept of the face alone as after all, it is the face that sells a character, not just what they wear.

    Take care blood brother!

Actually... you know the faces of your male characters most often look a lot like you. I mean, those self portraits have obviously made an impression!

Wow, nice. The eyes and blood and all that are really awesome! Too bad you didn't refine the heads at the back though, I think it ruins the pic a bit atm. But I really like the colours and mood and all that, impressive work.

    Be happy

Hey honey, You could at least write that it's a collab between us ! you had the idea and i painted it ! Well i forgive you for this time, but next time don't forget ! It's def better to look at the finished painting in good resolution than with your poor screenshots on msn with the crappy compression ! Anyway, next time i'll let you paint the background ! Muahahaha, great work, as usual !

    Haha Miles you monster!

Liking it man, such a cool piece!

But I think you should either remove the arm/hand that's coming in from the right handside, or render it more. It seems to be in front of the center dude, but for some reason it's more out of focus, just an Idea, apart from that no crits!

    Hope your well man,
    matt

It fills me with ecstasy! Great work. :3

I feel the blur doesn't fit in with the painterly elements. Especially because the sky/trees are impressionistic, the "photo-esque" depth effect is out of place. At least get the guy's arms more refined too! I think this could be one your best.

Hey Miles, your skills are quite amazing and awesome now. You're ass kicking!

What, do you think, had the most training effect? Working from imagination, anatomy studies, working with references i.e. studies, lifestudies?

    Keep it up, man!

wow dude, you rock your last finished painting has some very interesting lighting and colors, very juicy hehe.
don´t worry about the quantity of studies, when regularly doing some, they add up in number anyway, but the quality depends always on the time you put in. your´s are awesome, and they show you understand structure intuitively.
so just keep up, you´re doing great.

    cheers
