Man you have some fantastic work through here. I have just recently attempted digital painting and since I don't really understand how to apply what I have read on color theory and I have never really gone beyond experimenting with water colors I have a long way to go. You have some amazing rendering and I really love your colors and lighting. I am also blown away by your build up of dimension with your colors and weights.

This last creature post has to be my favorite.. fantastic stuff. Thanks for sharing!

hey, well im still struggling with all the foundation stuff too (who doesnt) only advice i can give at my current level is "dont get discouraged" alot of my work still looks like shit and i had somebumpy way so far,but theres allways that motivational parts when you think "ha id never thought i could do that" and i think its the best thing to keep those moments in mind instead of paying attention tothe "discourage moments"

    ---------------------

    new stuff
as allways imexprerimenting wiuth somedifferent approaches to paint digitally, so this time we have 2-value-sketches an "only round brush using"-illustration wip, some 3d-mockup-using-madness and some lasso-and-textured-brush-enviros

you got some amazing rendering style going on here. In the piece with the guy who is throwing the rock, I would put some more distance between them, maybe a bit less than in the sketch, in order to add a bit more tension to the scene. I think the throwing would be more believable. Same effect could be achieved adding more tension to the shield guy, who is awaiting a brutal blow (on the other hand, maybe you was thinking in a bash while holding the rock, then I´m wrong)

Amazing as always, keep surprising us man.
