Wow man, been a while since I checked out your sketchbook, but damn, you just keep getting better. Saw your WIP in the EOW thread, and just had to see more. The brushwork on these:
always makes me drool. Do you use Photoshop or Painter, and if Photoshop, then what brush settings do you tend to use. I had some perfect brushes a couple of months ago, but then computer died, and I lost everything. Cheers man, and keep going.

thanks a lot mate - well i use some rough 3d mockups from time to time - you should check out "sculptris" its free and an amazing tool to make 3d mockups amazingly fast for more perspective related stuff blender is the free weapon of choice
droid
i mainly use the standard round brush with 0-50% hardness and tablet pressure - opacity, and one custom brush i made
but nothing too fancy

wow your work is sick
Beautiful work! You've made quite an improvement since you first joined. The angel piece is really powerful.
Aaawesome work, man. Really nice painterly feel going on.
You mentioned using 3d for perspective block-in. If you've never tried it, give SketchUp a whirl. Takes about half a weekend to learn thoroughly and it's a blast. Throw VRay or any such renderer in and you've got a pretty robust little package.
Anyway, definitely subscribing to this thread!
