    The Storm

I'm trying to get better at painting quick with some rough strokes, but still keep things readable. This took 1 hour 40 minutes, using mostly the chalk brush, soft round brush and a few custom brushes. Sorry for the watermark. Anything is welcome, as I am still learning a few things.

I can't really see much of any detail yet... Maybe a building and some trees that the storm is interracting with?

Needs some objects too fill in all that green space. Trees, shrubs, rocks, animals, anything really.

Also the perspective on the river doesn't quite look right to me when you get towards the bottom of the image. Elsewhere it's fine though. I think enlarging the river at the bottom might help.

softocean: I agree with you on adding something to show what the storm is interacting with. I'll try to paint some trees whenever I get time.

Anid Maro: I didn't put anything in the big green space because I wanted to keep it like a field or something. And when is a river bank perfectly even?

Thanks for your opinions. I'll try to make some changes whenever I can.
