Doing good on your works dude, liking the face sketches, especially the one with the rose. Would suggest to do more life studies and anatomy studies. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. I used to run through anatomy books and such when I was around 10, sorta lost it when I lost the drive to pursue art as a career. Recently decided to get back into it for concept art/design, so that's a good idea.

I'll have to dig the books out and pick up some new ones! ^_^ Checking your SB out now, digging it so far (first one I've seen with a title sketch, melikes)!

I did a full-page ink piece, it came out pretty nice but the scanned copy is so ugly I don't wanna post it.

Cant believe how long its been since Ive been here. Studies are doing great, try and use more confident lines when drawing, more clean lines anyway. On most of your works your lines are scratchy. Would like to see more figure studies in here and anatomy studies as well. Try some Kevin Chen studies. Heres the link to his works.

Yeah, usually when it comes to pencil my lines end up messy since I like finished sketches to be in pen anyway. Most of the pencil stuff you see I spend a minute or two on max.

Interesting concepts... You got a serious imagination. Definitely take what Envisor is telling you to heart.

Reiterate:
Clean up the lines (even when just doing a quick sketch or dressing it up later with ink)
Hit up the anatomy

I would also add play around with your lighting source.

Liquidjack: Thanks, I've been noticing my problem with lighting too. I can't seem to get off it coming from the right. Working on different angles to keep it from happening (my profile shots are usually facing left, trying to get off these weird patters.
