    Golden Anniversary

Here's a new piece that I'm about ready to stick a fork in. Comments or suggestions before I do so?

such a lovely spooky atmosphere. The lighting is great and it looks like you really gave thought to all the little items and things in the room. The piece wants to make me look around in the room as if it were real.

Beautifully told story. You get it in a second, but then enjoy taking the time to go looking for all the details that add to it.

Musta got married in the 80s. That's some big hair!

As said before - this is a really lovely picture and a great mood! Very well done! But I think the position of the guy´s head looks a bit unnatural, and he looks a bit startled, shouldn't he maybe look rather sad or something? I also would crit the skull, a bit cartoonish, yes.
But otherwise, I really love this one, awesome!

    really interesting piece....
tells a good story and leaves some stuff for the viewer to wonder
you have done good really mood with the colors!

the skeleton lady's skull looks a bit too edgy? im not sure, something bothers me a bit in it.... but overall this painting is really impressive! excellent work!

yeah there is tons of detail in here!

The skull does look a bit comic'y.. but why is that bad?

I agree about his facial expression though, being the absolute central figure of the image, it could/should do "more" for us(the viewer).

Also I kinda find myself wondering.. why is he dancing with the skeleton?
Would love it if something in the image told some more of the background story (somehow).

But yeah, those are just crits cuz I can crit
Definitely nice work, I found myself studying how you did a lot of the background work.

Well if the image would tell even more, it would suggest the viewer to be stupid or a simple, if I may say so. The picture is named "Golden Anniversary" If you look around in the picture it tells tons of stories and of course also why he is dancing with a skelett ....
You look at this picture and you immediately can make out more and more of a story or of a few different stories. most are sad, but somehow even nice... hell no - Please do not add more story, that level is really nice!!

Thanks to everyone who replied! I'll try and make that skull a little less stylized.
