), it's just that lately I wanna practice more line drawing, and that cutey stuff is one of the things I start doing quite naturally when I draw in lines (I used to draw only characters and strange cartoony stuff before starting playing with photoshop a couple of years ago)

That handful of enviroment sketches in your first post is pretty mind blowing.
I'm just wondering how you get all those textures down. I've been squinting at my monitor for some time... do you use photographs of rocks/foliage as textures? Or... what?
